Campus Missionary
I grew up in a farming family in California, where everyone—to this day—is a dedicated believer. I grew up knowing and believing in Jesus, but I had never fully submitted my life to Christ. It wasn’t until my junior year of high school that a change in churches led me to choose Christ for myself, rather than simply following what my family believed. For the first time in my life, I wanted to be truly obedient to Jesus.
After high school, I moved to Missoula to attend the University of Montana and study diesel technology. My whole life, I had dreamed of working alongside my dad on our family farm and eventually taking over the business. While in Missoula, I got connected with Resonate, where I learned for the first time what it truly meant to live in community with other believers. It was revolutionary for me. I learned to be content right where I was and discovered the importance of sharing my faith.

After about two years with Resonate, I felt God calling me to lay down my lifelong dream of farming and instead stay in Missoula to reach students with the gospel. I sensed Him leading me to join the staff as a campus missionary so I could devote more of my time to that mission. God continued to impress on my heart the urgency of the gospel and the question, “If not me, then who will go?”
Since stepping into campus ministry, I am now pursuing pastoral ministry with the hope of planting a church one day on a new campus to ultimately see the gospel spread to every corner of the world.
