Maggie Deatherage

Maggie Deatherage serves as Church Manager at Resonate Missoula, part of a team whose sole focus is reaching the lost and making disciples, both at the University of Montana and throughout the city of Missoula.

Maggie grew up in a Christian home in North Idaho and has known the Gospel her whole life. In high school, she felt the weight of her sin and gave her life to Jesus.

In 2018, after graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science and marrying her husband, Jared, Maggie prayerfully joined the Resonate Missoula church plant team. In 2019, she and Jared moved with a team of friends to reach students at the University of Montana. Since 2024, Maggie has served as the church's Church Manager, and she describes it as an incredible joy and blessing.

Maggie and Jared are excited to keep meeting new families in their neighborhood and to keep opening their home to college students. As the church has grown, so has their family, and they are thankful to be the parents of Penny, Charlie, and Lucy. They love hosting playdates, gathering around the table with friends and neighbors, and ministering to college students.

In her free time, Maggie is usually outdoors with Jared and the kids, playing tennis, starting new sewing projects, baking, or getting lost in a good book.
